We all know the feeling—but it’s not something we talk about much.

We feel stuck. Or like we’re paddling like crazy beneath the surface just to keep our head above water. We’re not where we want to be. We’re not getting what we need. And sometimes, we’re not even sure what that is.

That’s where work-life coaching comes in.

At its core, professional coaching helps you figure out what matters to you—and gives you practical support to make it happen. It’s not about fixing you. And it’s not about looking back.

It’s about looking forward. It’s about finding what’s meaningful right now, and building a realistic path from where you are today to where you want to be.

At Healtheon Professional Work & Life Coaching, we don’t hand out one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we help you gain clarity and skills, build confidence, and develop a plan that fits your real life.

I’m the Senior Coach at Healtheon—and I literally wrote the book on follow-through. It’s called The Follow-Through Factor: Getting from Doubt to Done, and it’s resonated with readers around the world. Because even though we’re all different, most of us know what it feels like to come up against walls we can’t quite see past.

But here’s the good news: in my 20+ years of coaching, I’ve seen again and again that there’s almost always a way through—or around—those walls. Once you have the right support and a doable plan, things start to move. Change starts to happen.

How Does Coaching Actually Work?

Coaching sessions are one-on-one and fully focused on you. You bring your goals (or your uncertainty). Your roadblocks. Your frustrations. Your hopes. We work through them without judgment, jargon, all while keeping expectations realistic and do-able .

Our approach is:

Empathetic – We deeply understand the personal and professional pressures you face.
Strategic – We help you see options you may not have considered.
Solution-Oriented – We focus on real-world steps that fit your life.

Why Coaching Matters

Let’s be real, work and life aren’t separate. When you’re burned out, anxious, or stuck professionally, it spills into everything.

Coaching is a practical wellness tool. It gives you perspective, supports better decision-making, and helps you take ownership of your life on your terms.

People often come to us in times of transition: they may be unhappy at work, navigating a relationship shift, or wondering what’s next. But many stay because they realize coaching isn’t just about getting through something—it’s about shaping their life story.

What Can Coaching Help With?

Executive Leadership Coaching - Want to lead with clarity and purpose? We’ll help you strengthen your executive presence and think more strategically.

• Career Transition Coaching - Changing roles? Thinking about a pivot? Re-entering the workforce? Starting a new business.  We’ve got you.

• Life Coaching - Whether it’s finding balance, reigniting what lights you up, or setting personal goals that actually stick.

• Performance Coaching - You may be ambitious but exhausted. Coaching helps you optimize your energy and unlock your potential—without burning out.

• Follow-through Coaching - Many people give up on their best intentions within three months of setting a goal.  Follow-through coaching is the hand on your back that keeps you from giving up on yourself.

➡️➡️Bottom Line? You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need a willingness to start.

At Healtheon, we believe that thriving matters for your health, your relationships, and your future. And we’re here to help you thrive.
